The classes will build on each other, unfurling in content & sparking your intuition as you grow.
Appropriate for all trimesters and all levels of yoga experience.
We will gather every Friday at 10am throughout April & May (all classes will be held and recorded via Zoom - watch at your leisure & revisit)
$85 for 9-Week Series
First Sunday of each month, 5:00-6:30pm
What better way to celebrate (or relieve) your changing body than through gentle stretching and uplifting movement? Classes include safe yoga poses, relaxation exercises for pregnancy and birth, breath-work, birth positions, remedies for common discomforts, and so much more.
Prenatal yoga class offers a unique and wonderful opportunity for like-minded and like-bodied women to come together to share their pregnancy experience, their yoga practice, and develop lasting friendships.
♾All stages of pregnancy (and preconception) welcome
♾No yoga experience necessary
♾Midwives, Doula’s, and other birth professionals are welcome to attend at a discounted rate (please let me know in advance if you will be joining us)
♾The Mother Blessing Ceremony will be specifically for anyone 35+ weeks along in their pregnancy
♾There will always be an altar ~ feel free to bring special items from your home/birth altar
♾The cost is $20 or you can use your class package from YC, please try to register online in advance
